Pineapple dessert
Piiiiineapple! A tropical dessert: Tony's pineapple dessert. You can make it on the barbecue in the summer and on the grill in the winter. Decorate it with milk shortbread caramel. Looks like a 5-star dessert, served up in a jiffy (don't tell anyone).
What's in there?
1 bar Tony's milk shortbread caramel broken in pieces
1 bar of Tony's Dark 70% broken in pieces
100 ml cream
45g unsalted butter
1 fresh & ripe pineabble
4 scoops of caramel icecream

100 ml cream
45g unsalted butter
1 fresh & ripe pineabble
4 scoops of caramel icecream
What to do?
- heat the cream in a pot until it started boiling.
- pour the hot cream on the dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has molten completely.
- Put the mixture in the blender and slowly add the butter
- put the resulting ganache in the fridge
- heat a barbecue or grillpan, slice the pineapple
- grill the pineabble
- does the pineabble have the grilling stripes? It's done and ready to get decorated
- decorate the pineapple with ganache.
- sprinkle peaces of milk shortbread caramel on there
- serve with a scoop of caramel ice cream.
