merry mini egg milkshake

Crazy about choc & can't wait for Easter? Then get a load of Tony's merry mini-egg milkshake, masterfully crafted by @gills_bakesandcakes (Gillian Cottell) 🥤

Ingredients (makes 2):

Brownies:

  • 70g butter 
  • 50g dark chocolate 
  • 150g caster sugar 
  • 30g cocoa powder 
  • 1 egg 
  • 50g plain flour 
  • 75g Tony's caramel eggs 

Milkshake:

  • 150g brownies 
  • 4 melted Tony's caramel eggs 
  • 50g caramel 
  • 200g vanilla ice-cream 
  • 200g milk 
  • Cream
  • Extra caramel
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Tony's caramel eggs
Instructions:
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan. Grease and line a loaf tin.
    2. Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave. Leave to cool for a few minutes.
    3. Add your eggs and sugar to a bowl and whisk until fluffy.
    4. Whisk in your chocolate and butter mix until combined.
    5. Fold in flour and cocoa until just combined. Fold in your chopped Tony's Eggs.
    6. Add into your tin and bake for 15 minutes then leave to cool completely.
    7. In a food processor add your ice-cream, caramel, melted eggs, 150g brownies and milk. Blitz until smooth.
    8. Decorate your glasses however you like. I used sauce and chopped Tony's Eggs. Add in your milkshake then get creative with your topping, go wild!!
    9. ENJOY!
