Where can I find and/or change my account details?

The small figure (at the top right of your account) opens your profile page. You can change your personal details by clicking on ‘edit profile’. You’ll also find an overview of your past orders, invoices, addresses and custom wrappers.

Can I order on account?

We’re chuffed that you wanna buy our chocolate! If you’re ordering for your business, you can pay by invoice. It’s quick and easy to set up your business account here. We’ll need your business details, including your EIN number.

You don’t have any (e.g., because you’re a school, foundation or other type of organization)? Create a regular customer account and drop us a line at mailus@tonyschocolonely.com. Be sure to include your business details in the email. We’ll help you out.

How much do you charge for corporate choco deliveries?

Shipping costs for corporate orders are the same as for our standard orders and are as follows during the warm season:

What is the delivery time of my order?

Can’t wait to sink your teeth into our chunky bars? Looking to surprise your (girl)friend, grandma or colleague for a special occasion? You can be sure as sugar, we work hard to deliver ASAP.

Orders are sent via UPS Ground and are shipped Monday through Friday for orders placed at least 48 hours in advance. Depending on your location in the US, delivery varies between 2 to 5 business days.

NOTE: personalized orders ship separately from all standard orders, expect separate delivery.

Can I resell custom bars?

Customized bars are meant to gift to others. So, we don’t permit reselling the custom bars. Surprising your bestie, colleague, grandma or neighbor with them is okay though!
