lilly's caramel gingerbread mocha-lonely
I’m delighted to share with you my Top 3 Tips for making the perfect mocha this Christmas! It’s perfect for when you can’t decide between hot chocolate and coffee - Lilly Higgins
80g Tony's Chocolonely gingerbread, melted. Try our dark mint candy cane for a vegan twist.
250ml hot milk (or vegan alternative)
40ml 3FE filter ground coffee
1 mini gingerbread person
1 Tony’s Chocolonely Christmas tree (break it out of your bar)
Salted caramel sauce
2 tbsp whipped cream (or vegan alternative)
1. Start creating your mocha by pouring melted tony’s into your favourite heat proof glass or mug.
2. Next add your milk to the glass or mug. follow this by adding the caramel sauce (optional)
3. Brew the 3fe ground coffee and then Float the brewed coffee over the milk by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
4. Optional extras: Add the whipped cream & drizzle with caramel sauce. Decorate with a gingerbread person & pop a reusable straw through the Tony’s Christmas tree.
