Pineapple dessert

Piiiiineapple! A tropical dessert: Tony's pineapple dessert. You can make it on the barbecue in the summer and on the grill in the winter. Decorate it with milk shortbread caramel. Looks like a 5-star dessert, served up in a jiffy (don't tell anyone).
What's in there?
1 bar Tony's milk shortbread caramel broken in pieces
1 bar of Tony's Dark 70% broken in pieces
100 ml cream
45g unsalted butter
1 fresh & ripe pineabble
4 scoops of caramel icecream

What to do?

  1. heat the cream in a pot until it started boiling.
  2. pour the hot cream on the dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has molten completely.
  3. Put the mixture in the blender and slowly add the butter 
  4. put the resulting ganache in the fridge
  5. heat a barbecue or grillpan, slice the pineapple
  6. grill the pineabble
  7. does the pineabble have the grilling stripes? It's done and ready to get decorated
  8. decorate the pineapple with ganache.
  9. sprinkle peaces of milk shortbread caramel on there
  10. serve with a scoop of caramel ice cream.
